If you have an emergency outside of office hours (Monday to Friday 6pm to 8am, Saturday and Sunday) and need to get hold of someone, please call the numbers highlighted below.
What is an emergency?
- Smell of gas, water leak or break in.
- An emergency is something that cannot wait until we open. If you call a tradesman unnecessarily you may be held liable for the costs involved.

- Gas leak: call Transco immediately - 0800 111 999
- Water Leaks: switch off the stopcock to prevent further damage and call ReactFast - 0800 195 1269
- Water Leaks from above: if you can’t contact the occupier call Environmental Health on 0131 529 3030 (Edinburgh) or 0141 287 6540 (Glasgow)
- Locksmith: call ReactFast - 0800 195 1269
