We specialise in managing quality residential properties for a minimum lease period of six months and can offer all Landlords and Investors our Priority Service for a management charge of 10% of the monthly rent received.WHAT WE DO
Our Priority Service is a full management service that covers the whole letting process, from finding new tenants and collecting rent through to ensuring any maintenance work is carried out to a high standard.
This service is ideally suited to Landlords and Investors who are not looking for any day to day involvement in the letting and management process of their property.
